The OPS-1 Onboard Oil Refining System

The OPS-1 is a two stage on-board oil refining system installed in a bypass configuration to clean and refine oil without affecting the engine's full flow filtration system.

It has been tested under all conditions, and has met or exceeded the expectations of our clients and the industry.

How It Works 

1st Stage: The filtration unit removes particulates (solid contaminants) down to 3 microns, eliminating the 5-10 micron sized particles that cause the majority of engine wear damage. 

2nd Stage: The patented evaporation chamber removes the liquid contaminants (mainly water, fuel and glycol) and returns clean refined oil to the engine. Removal of water, diesel fuel and glycol restricts acid formation, corrosion, oxidation, and sludge and viscosity breakdown.

Compact and Lightweight

One of the most compelling features of the OPS-1 is its compact size and weight. The OPS-1 consists of two canisters each of which are 4" wide and 9" tall, and only 5 lbs. 

This compact size provides gives you the flexibility to install the OPS-1 Refiner virtually anywhere, including under the hood! (trucking or mobile equipment applications)

Easy Filter Replacement 

Filter changes have also been simplified to require one wrench to remove the filter canister head and replace the filter element. The OPS-1 filter element comes in one size for oil capacity applications up to 60 quarts. This allows the OPS-1 to be used in various applications besides just over the road diesel engine trucks such as; boats, buses, farm and construction equipment.
